The buckle broke from the wristband on my Charge 4. Fitbit customer service told me in essence, "Tough luck, buy a new device." Wrist bands are simple, inexpensive, easily replaceable items that it seems Fitbit could easily provide at a reasonable price. Fitbit owners should not have to toss an expensive electronic device because the company would rather make you buy a new device than sell you an inexpensive part that obviously gets wear and tear. Has anyone had any better luck aquiring a new band from Fitbit?
