Please make sure that the Fitbit app has the latest update installed.
Also verify that you allowed the Fitbit app to connect to the internet.
Please check that the email provided does not have any typo in it
Then on your phone go to settings>apps>Fitbit app and delete the Cache.
Restart your phone (off/on) and try to log in again.

Hi, I was having the same issue in the app only, in a browser on my phone I could sign in normally. I was allowing the phone to auto fill my email address in the app. When I typed my email address in manually on the app it worked fine and I no longer received the "invalid email" error.

@vishnus0903 Nice to see you back. Thank you for your efforts again. Have you tried the tip provided by @rjd163 . Maybe not using the autofill option might solve this.
