Since a week or two the gps on my Charge 4 fails to connect. I never had an issue like this before and the message “Cannot establish a GPS connection. Turning off GPS” only showed up like twice a year when the sky was very cloudy. I have tried every “copy and paste” steps that shows up on this forum and it doesn’t help. Using connected gps is also something I’m not interested in.
One thing that helped temporary was to turn different gps settings on and off (GLONASS, Low power mode) and I was able to record a 6 km bike ride and a walk by doing so, but the day after I get the same error message and no gps data are being recorded.
Is there something else I can do, like reset the device? Or is it broken on some way (no damages what I can see)? Can costumer support help me without having to send it in?
