My fitbit says that during a session of a 66 minute long brisk walk, I burned 630 calories.
My heartrate was on average 153 bpm during the session, does the calories burned seem like it's too much? Or is it possible?
I'll also add that I'm very much out of shape, haha. 🙂

After looking at my exercise minutes I do not think that your calorie count is unreasonable. I would suggest that you look at your active zone minutes for that same period that you want and that that might give you more insight into how well you are doing. you will see your time in fat burn zone and then cardio and peek zone along with minutes and times in specific zones.
my Fitbit has motivated me to be more active and I believe a healthier person. It sounds like you are on the way and I wish you the very best.

Thank you for your answer, I saw that 58 of 66 minutes was in the cardio zone, so maybe it does make sense! 🙂
Thank you and likewise! 🙂
