CHARGE 2 HR.......alarms not buzzing

I have a Charge 2. It buzzes when I get phone notifications. It buzzes when I connect it to the charger. But just this week it stopped buzzing at the alarm times I set. I set my alarm for 5:30 am and again at 5:40 am. Nothing! This is quite unsettling as I depend on my FitBit alarms as part of my guaranteed wake-up strategy every morning.
