Sooo annoyed.... Like many on here a firmware update has left my perfectly good Charge 3 (only 9 months old) unable to sync with app on my phone.
I have FOLLOWED All of the advice to delete app, unpair, restart fitbit etc but now my phone cannot even find my bloody fitbit to pair with it,... Which is ridiculous. Totally lost my faith in this brand 😡😠 as I had this happen 4 or 5 years ago and I stupidly gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again! Wish I hadn't bothered 😒

I’m actually happy to read this because I’m having exactly similar problems since the last updates (although I think it’s more the app but could be both).
My Charge 3 is loosing time (10-15mins) overnight and then won’t sync the next morning. I’ve done EVERYTHING suggested and the only thing that works is removing the device from the app and then pairing it again. Who has the time or inclination to do that EVERY DAY?
This is fast becoming useless to me and I feel the same way you do. If I have to get a new device it is increasingly unlikely to be another Fitbit. 😡
