CHarge 2 will not connect to iPhoneX

I cannot connect my charge 2. It is not showing in the Bluetooth section. Yes I turned off and then back on the Bluetooth and the phone. I also removed the Charge from my account. Now I cannot get it added back to my app. I go to set up a device and it doesn't see it at all. I have not had any problems and have had this Fitbit for around a year but the iPhone for only a month. Is this another product that stops working correctly once it's warranty is up? Can anyone help.

I’m having the same issue. Was working a few hours ago, but now it’s not connecting at all. I also have an IPhone XS and I wonder if any updates caused it. I have had mine nearly three years so I don’t think it’s the device. I think it’s an app error
