After update, calls on tracker displays wrong caller. It displays last answered caller. I've reset the tracker, uninstall/reinstall app.

This has been going on for sometime now and still nothing to fix it. I bought this for the features that are not working. Caller ID shows the wrong caller, app says watch is 25% and watch says 54% and it did not track sleep last night. This is terrible. I knew I shouldn't have done the update. There has to be something they can do for us. Thanks for your time.

Same here Sony Xperia 10 new this year, no issue until update for fitbit, now doesn't track sleep properly, battery level disagrees between phone and charge 2, caller ID shows last person that called not correct caller and sometimes it is the person that called 3 calls ago. there seems to be no pattern to it. And it has been going on for ages now, very annoying and needs to be sorted please

I am having the same issue as everyone else. Wrong caller showing on fitbit. Super annoying as I use this at work. It is one of the 2 reasons I got a fitbit. If this doesnt work why bother having it? So much for upgrading or getting a new one.

Any ETA on a fix for this issue? I depend on my Charge 2 for call and text when I'm working because I'm a Rn and cant have my phone out at work. I need this to work correctly so I know if my husband or kids are trying to reach me while I'm working. This function not working properly is very frustrating

I am having same problem with Note 8. Also when I try to use Alexa to make a phone call it doesn't call the person I ask, it didn't even call the last answered call, it called the person 6 calls ago, not who I asked for. I am looking into getting an Android based smart watch to replace the charge 2. This problem been going on way too long.

Hi, my fitbit is not showing the correct call number in the notifications like the others comments of the post, just show one name of my contacts. Do you already have the solution of this problem?

Come on guys....this has been going on long enough. We all need this to work because this is why we bought this model of fitbit. When can we expect a resolution??

I think it has been fixed a few days ago as my fitbit displayed the correct caller ID and the message of the text.

I think the issue has been fixed a few days ago. You should test it
