I've reset my Charge 2, restarted my phone and checked for updates.

 

Whenever I receive a call, no matter who it is it shows the same name. Help please!  Thanks!

Are you running android? If so, this is a known bug that fitbit are looking into. Keep an eye on the following thread where they will be posting updates:
