Calories Reducing during the day and activity not tracking

My Fitbit is not tracking properly. I can check it and it says I have burnt 1200 calories and then an hour later I’ll check and it’s gone down to 800.

It is also not giving me exercise minutes. In my activity it shows I have been for a 20 minute run etc and where my hr was during the activity but then it still says 0 minutes of exercise.

@RSmith1 Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry to hear that your calories are decreasing on your account. Have you logged any activities when you see this decrease? Regarding the Active Minutes, they won't reflect the minutes for an activity but will reflect when your tracker calculates when you are being fairly to very active. For example walking at a normal/slow pace won't necessarily give you active minutes but if you increase the pace and start jogging then you will get active minutes for the period in which you were jogging. You can read more about active minutes here.

I look forward to your reply!
