I find it incredible that my charge 3 records the same Or even slightly lower number of calories burned for a good spinning workout as a walk with my dog!
The Fitbit shows a greater average heart rate, greater fat burn & peak zones during the spinning and other workouts. And yet -walking my dog seems to burn the same number of calories! 😂😂

Did you record these using the Exercise App, or manually log then afterward?
If you manually logged them, your input parameters override whatever data was actually recorded, including heart rate.

I logged the Spinning workout using the app....

Liker I said, if you manually log the workout, the parameters you input override anything that was recorded, assuming the reason you manually logged it is because you were not wearing the tracker at the time.
Your solution is to use the Exercise App to record the workout. Then there is no need to go back and log it afterward.
See How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device?
To get started, from clock face, scroll right (swipe left) to 'Exercise'.

I think I may not have used the correct terminology, but I did not log anything manually....
