hey there everyone,
I have a charge 2 and all of of a sudden my calories burned has completley dropped ... my whole app wasnt working when i would tap on something now i can tap on things but my calories burned are still complety off. i have reset my fitbit, deleted the app and reinstalled. Does any one else have this problem? please help as i have just purchased the versa 2 and want to b able to switch over.

Let me help you with your decreased caloric burn on your account and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. This seems odd. Remember that you personal information (age, height, weight, etc.) is used to calculate your BMR so please check this information is correct on your account. Also check if you have any third party app linked to your account or if you have logged any activities as these may modify not only your activity but also your calories.
