I work on construction sites. I move my hand a lot. And every time i do i get a small vibration and the screen turns on. Is it possible to turn this function off on the Fitbit 3 ? It eats a lot off battery also. I got mine on Sunday and yesterday i had 10% battery left.

Hi @joan5555555555 - as @roadhouse11 mentioned, you can do this:
From the charge 3 on your wrist, press and hold the side button until the Quick Settings menu appears. Scroll to find the Screen Wake option and tap it on/off
You can also find instructions in the Charge 3 manual on page 17.

@joan5555555555 - The next thing I would suggest is to re-start your Charge 3. Do it several times. Sometimes that is enough to snap things back to normal. If that does not work, you can contact Support. But please be patient with them. The pandemic is affecting staffing.
