Can I calibrate my fitbit? My floors average is 80 to 160, reality is maybe 10. If I reboot do I loose my profile? Is rebooting clearing all my Info?

Rebooting doesn't clear any info, however, I don't think there's a manual way to start a recalibration process.

As @DramaQueenDiva mentioned, there's no a manually way to restart a recalibration process. If you reboot your Charge 3 you won't lose your profile and it won't clear your information.

 

If you would like to reset your Charge 3 to factory settings:

On your Fitbit device, open the Settings app >  About > Clear User Data.
