Can you connect a Charge 4 to Windows 10 using a USB Bluetooth 4.0 Adapter? I can see the Charge 4 in Bluetooth device list but cannot connect to it. The Fitbit windows app can't see the Bluetooth dongle. 

Any suggestions?

Why would fitbit abandon this usergroup like this? The app is already there. It just needs an update. Destoying a good product if you ask me. What a waste. Matter of time before competitors fill the gap.

@SunsetRunner this is a community group, supported by community members that fitbit hosts. The moderators keep a low profile. 

This thread is about the desktop fitbit app not being supported. Sure fitbit could update the app, but as users, we do not know what went on with the decision to drop support with Win 10 and MAC PCs. 

My thought is that these new units are very crippled without a smart phone meaning fewer people are using their PC to access fitbit data.
