Can I delete my weight badges?

So I was entering my weight the other day and I didn't realize that the 0 I had typed didn't go in when I pushed save. I edited the weight back up to the original (210 rather than 21), but I also realized that I had gotten a ton of badges for weight loss! (about 40 badges) I really want to earn them by actually doing the work, so is there any way to delete/remove badges? (so I can re-earn them later).

This is another dumb idea...we have to contact customer service to delete a badge? Wow...I am finding out more and more things about FitBit that I do not like. Because the Aria Air scale is a big piece of junk, it logs weight that ranges more than 100 lbs (yes, you read that right) between getting on the scale and on the scale again. I have tried all the "steps" to remedy it, but it is junk, so now I have a crap load of badges that I need removed.

I guess I will wait for "customer service" to reach out.

A "me too" from me, as well: my daughter's 10-year-old field-hockey-star friend apparently stepped on my renpho scale last week (6/26/2020), and the app quite unhelpfully.synced it to my account.  Now I have about 40 more badges than I should.  I've managed to delete the measurement records in both renpho and fitbit, but I still have all these counterfeit badges.

If a mod could get me in touch with customer support, that'd be grat.

I also still have a number of weight badges I did not earn yet due to a one-time mistake of putting the wrong numbers in. 

If every weight-badge that's above 10kg can be removed that would be awesome! Then at least I can earn them properly. 

Can't they bring back the future you can remove them yourself?

Hi,
I have the same problem.
My smart scale somehow reported that I only weight 70 lbs, and I got all my badges for up to 200lbs weight loss.

I deleted the data, hoping the badges would go away, but they didn't. Could someone please remove the extra badges. I want to see what I've really accomplished.

I think it would be much better to develop a procedure we can use to do this ourselves.  Also a way to stop this from happening.

Can they get in touch with me too. I want to earn my badges in sync with my real weight loss. It’s disappointing for me because they look fake. I really wish I had a grace period, way to delete, or something. I don’t want to have to reach out anytime I accidentally invert numbers or etc.

I also need help removing badges. I called customer support and was told they couldn't do it, but that seems to contradict what I'm reading here. I entered my weight incorrectly, and now I have badges I didn't actually earn. Would love to correct the issue.

It's been a couple of years and we still can't delete badges and trophies, which is something we should be easily able to do; it's our info.  Could you please ping them again and ask that the ability to delete badges and trophies is a no-brainer.  Thank you
