Can I delete my weight badges?

So I was entering my weight the other day and I didn't realize that the 0 I had typed didn't go in when I pushed save. I edited the weight back up to the original (210 rather than 21), but I also realized that I had gotten a ton of badges for weight loss! (about 40 badges) I really want to earn them by actually doing the work, so is there any way to delete/remove badges? (so I can re-earn them later).

I contacted support a while back to delete the weight loss badges I accidentally got when I entered the wrong weight before. They said the badges I asked for were deleted. When I check the dashboard on the website, the weight loss badges are gone. But when I view my badges in the Fitbit app on my phone - all the weight badges are still there. How can I get the badges on the app to match the ones on the dashboard website I see on my laptop?

I was hoping to delete mine. I have a different story than a mistake. I gained my weight back. I feel guilty having up to a -55 badge. I want to earn them again, bit I'm over 40 lbs from the next one. Ugh! I see that it says I've earned each badge like 70 times. Maybe. 

I'm going to leave it and just catch up to my former glory, but I want to say that's a bad user interface decision. It needs to be thought out again. Maybe an article explaining why we can't "give back" a prize we didn't earn. That's what it feels like. It does the UI team could do a better job. Is the mindfulness still marking as exercise? 

I want to congratulate the members of this community for wanting to earn their badges..That shows good character.

Any news on this? Just called customer service and they are saying they can't remove badged. She said I need to start a new account........

A lot of people are saying to contact support, which I did, and they're saying they can't delete the badges?

I'm not even certain why it's POSSIBLE to enter 13 lbs as a weight.

Hi.  Not sure who told you they can’t. Because they definitely can.  They did it for me about 4 weeks ago.    Try contacting them again. They will be able to do it for you.  X

I have the same problem but with step badges that weren’t earned. I’ve never gotten more than 20,000 steps in a day but I have badges for up to 50,000 from an old Fitbit that calculated me walking when I was driving a u haul for 9 hours years ago and still haven’t been able to removed them. I want to earn the badges so if at all possible would love to delete them can’t find customer support info on here.

Hi @AlvaroFitbit Can customer service/support help me with multiple badges too? My 5 year old son stepped on my wifi linked scales and the App thinks I lost 81kg on 22/5/21! Needless to say I have about 35 badges from this one measurement. The weight log is deleted but annoyingly the badges remain.

Would it be that hard to return the delete option to the badges page?

When I hover over the badge it says "achieved 1 time, on" but there is no trash can.
