I have replaced my FitBit w/a new model. But, am interested in having my old one reconditioned, if that service is available. Please help. Rolland

OK?! Too bad. The unit still works, ‘cause I can get to it on the app. I just can’t see the unit’s display, & it doesn’t do everything now. Worked good for me, in my limited usage. Lasted about 4 years. Probably needs a new battery, too.  Rolland

4 Years is a really good time for these devices. They dont last for ever the battery totally dies after a while and they are not replaceable

OK. But, I really was lookin’ ta get some more out’ta it. It served me well, so I thought I’d try recon. it, and let my wife try it. To keep track of her sleep patterns. Oh well! It was a good idea.
