Can I have 2 Charge 3 trackers at the same time?

I cannot get the old Charge 3 to sync from June 14 to now, so I was thinking of trying a new Charge 3 for a month and see if it can sync.  Then I would hope to try the old Charge 3 to see if I can get the June 14th data to now uploaded, so I have all my data.  Right now I just keep hoping the watch keeps my old data.

I don't think this is going to work. Fitbits only have enough storage to hold detailed data for up to 7 days between syncs. After that they start to hold the information at a daily summary level and I think it can do this for up to 30 days before it gives up totally.

What have you tried so far to get your old Charge 3 to sync?

Hello @Waggy1. Nice to see you around. @SteveH Thank you for your great input and it's nice to see you around.

Adding to SteveH's post, I'd like to let you know that if you use a new Fitbit Charge 3 with your existing Fitbit account, your old data will remain, but if you then try to pair and sync the old Charge 3 to see if you can get data from June to now, it won't be possible.

Also, note that you can't connect two Charge 3 devices to your Fitbit account at the same time. On a side note, I noticed that you have received assistance in this thread for the syncing inconvenience that your Charge 3 experiences. If you require further assistance, I recommend replying directly to that thread or please follow the instructions provided there.

See you around.
