The step counter on my fitbit 3 is not bright enough to see, if it was the same as the clock face there would be no problem, can it be done??

I use a charge 3 and my fitbit's brightness decreased and now it's so low I can barely see what's on screen and the app is useless.

The brightness is low I can't even see whether the battery is getting charged and the app is not syncing I don't know for what stupid reason
..it shows 25% charged on app... But do t if that is as of today or it is some days old information... Seriously... Long list of improvements for Fitbit

I've tried everything to make my Charge 3 brighter and it just doesn't work. I love the looks of the Fitbit 3 but if you can't see it, what good is it. I spend most of my summer outside. Sad.

That is only controlled by the Fitbit itself. Get the time up and scroll
left in order to get to the screens to the right. On the third scroll the
bottom is Settings. Tap on settings to get to Brightness. Your choices are
Normal, Auto and Dim in that order. I had to do this in a dark room. Still
didn’t help me and since mine was only 6 months old, it was replaced. Good

I opened a "chat" and after 30 min. of waiting, there were still 57
chats ahead of me. Phone in is longer. Back in the day, I could
email them and they always took care of it right away. Now that is
not an option.
The only way to increase brightness is from the display which I can't
see to tap on. grrrrrrr.

When I clicked on the link to customer support, it gave me the option to
send an email. You might send an email with very specific information.
Include what you’ve already done to try to fix the issue.

That's how it was with me and I thought it was very fair. They want to know you've tried everything to make sure that it's not defective and I did. When they decided there was a problem they sent me a new one and it is worked perfectly ever since. Thanks guys.

It’s too dark to even see my settings to adjust brightness. So faint I can’t hardly see the time display. Any other suggestions to adjust the display brightness or what the problem may be?

If going into a dark room doesn’t help you see the display, you need to
