Is there a way you can remove weight from the actual Fitbit device?

Hello @BD_ and welcome to the Help forums. I'm sorry, but you can't customize the screen display. This is also one of my personal Charge 4 criticisms.

Take a look at the Fitbit help site for further assistance and information.

Welcome to the Community, @BD_ and @LZeeW, thanks for the input.
As our friend mentioned, there isn't an option to customize the stats from the Charge 4. And unfortunately, we do not currently have plans to release this feature.
You can learn more about how Fitbit decides what suggestions get released in our FAQs. For now, we will leave this suggestion open for votes (and closed to comments) so that we can continue to track community demand over time.
Let me know if you need anything else. 🙂

I would like to adjust the order of display of the stats as well to delete ones that are not relevant to my use.

I see this post is from June of last year, has the update to delete the weight from the screen become available as an option yet? I’m bummed. I’m coming from a very customizable Garmin, had I known Fitbit wasn’t able to do some simple modifications, like customize what you see on your device, I certainly would not have chosen it.

I would LOVE to see the option to remove, or at least hide, the weight and calorie categories from both my Charge 4 and the fitbit app.
I got my fitbit to help me track and improve my overall health but, since I have a history with eating disorders, tracking and constantly seeing my weight and calorie intake/burn is probably the least healthy thing I could do for myself! The relaxation/mindfulness tools are great - Fitbit, please consider adding customization options to support recovery/remission of other mental illnesses as well!

You should allow users to modify which stats are displayed on their watch. It is logical. Certainly reminding people of their weight is not good, as trends in these forums suggest. I am a fitbit user for about 6 years. Not releasing this feature and displaying private data, such as weight, will hinder my view for future purchases of fitbits.
