Can I restart my Charge 2 without the charging cable?

Hi there,

I was charging my Charge 2 & after taking it out of the charger the Home Screen is stuck on the charging battery screen.

I’m going abroad without my charger. Is there anyway to reset it without the Charger?

Hello @a1star and welcome to the Community.  You must have your Charge 2 in its charger to perform a restart.  Please restart it to see if you can get back to your normal clock face.  I also urge you to take your charger with you when traveling.  The Charge 2 is an older model and doesn't have the battery health of a new battery.
