You could set some alarms to remind you

On the dashboard go to settings and then silent alarms. Set what you want

Hey @froggette, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! Well, an option to schedule the relax breathing sessions isn't available on the Charge 2, but, as my friend @WendyB said, setting an alarm can remind you of doing them. You can set up to 8 alarms through your Fitbit account. Here you'll find the information you need to set the silent alarms.

In addition, I could suggest to post this request as an idea on our Feature Suggestions board, so our team can take a look at it and maybe take it into consideration in the future.

The solution from WendyB is ok but it’d be great if Relax app could start by itself at scheduled times. I think Blaze is no longer being updated but it’d still be a great addition to loyal customers. 😀
