Can I turn off the vibration feature on my Charge 4?

Can I turn off vibrations completely?  I've tried activating 'do not disturb' as it says in the manual but that didn't work.  I've tried setting ridiculously high activity goals and that didn't work.  It makes me jump every time it vibrates.  I have to take it off when driving.

Have you also made sure that the heart rate zone notifications are turned off? For more detailed information about this, please see Can I turn zone notifications on or off on my Fitbit device?

@HelenH2 Thanks for following the steps I've provided above.

To better assist you, may I know what your Charge 4 displays on the screen when it vibrates? Does it vibrate due to notifications coming in, you reaching your goal or is another thing?
