Can I use my Charge 3 and Charge 4 on the same Fitbit account?

Can I connect both a charge 3 and 4 at the same time to my iPhone app?  I used to be able to use my charge 2 and 3, but now it replaces my 3 when I sync my 4.

Hi there, @MikeALo. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post.

As @LZeeW has mentioned, you can't connect multiple devices that use the Fitbit Gallery to one account. For Fitbit Charge 3, Fitbit Charge 4, Fitbit Charge 5, Fitbit Ionic, Fitbit Inspire series, Fitbit Luxe, Fitbit Sense, and Fitbit Versa series, only connect one of these devices to your account at a time.

For more information, see Can I use more than one Fitbit device with the same account?

Hope that helps!

Hello @MikeALo and welcome to the Community.  Fitbit created a feature known as its Gallery, for apps and clock faces.  There is a programming limitation.  Only one Gallery device at a time on your account.

Sense 2, Luxe, Aria 2 | iOS | Mac OS

Take a look at the Fitbit help site for further assistance and information.
