So I’ve look at other people’s comments and it say that it’s water resistant up to 50 meters. But my question is can I wear it while in competitive swim practice. Where I’m swimming back and forth in a 25 ft pool, at around 35~45sec per lap. Or would it be better if I just take it off when I swim?

Hi @Alexandra. Nice to see you around.
You can swim with your Charge 4. More about it can be read here: How do I track my swims with my Fitbit device?
Just don't forget to dry the Charge 4 after your rounds.
See you around.
