Can Not Connect My New Charge 3 to Iphone

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I can not connect my new charge 3 to my iphone.  I have tried EVERYTHING:

1.  Turned bluetooth on and off again several times

2.  Rebooted phone several times

3.  Reset the charge 3 itself three times

4.  Tried to connect to the app via my Macbook

5.  Deleted the app from my phone and reloaded it again

6.  (reset the some more, turned the bluetooth off and on again a few times)

7.  Updated the software on my phone

8.  Ensured there are no other bluetooth devices near me

Note sure what else to do from here.

Please help.

I have done the same thing and then was on chat with a support member. the member noted that my fitbit was fully charged and told me to charge it anyway and then follow the exact same steps i have done multiple times. after i was working on my fitbit for around 45 seconds, the support member said i didn't say anything and closed the chat without me able to get the reference number. it was extremely unhelpful. and it doesn't cover the fact that my charge has horizontal lines all through it anyway that i can't fix even after buying only in august of 2019

I am seeing so many posts with this same issue.  I have a feeling we may have got the lemon model of the Fitbits.  I only got the charge 3 because the screen on my charge 2 died (still tracked, just no more screen).  I wish I knew this ahead of time.  I would have payed to get the 4 so I could have a working device!

After exhausting trouble shooting measures with a 2nd person, I was lucky enough for it to be replaced.

This has happened a few times and it’s getting a bit tiresome. Deleting app and rebooting Fitbit... The app keeps saying Fitbit not connected... I have it just over 12 months and it’s a pain at this stage.

 What can I do?
