My Wife stopped using her Fitbit in April and decided to start using it again. Between then and now she got a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. Nothing I try allows them to Pair. I have removed and re-added the App several times, Rebooted the Phone and the Fitbit, turned Bluetooth off and back on again, and nothing. The funny thing is, the Aria scale synced with no problem, but not the Charge 3. When I try to Pair on the phone it says Couldn't Pair, please check settings and try again. I am wondering if the Galaxy S21 Ultra and the Fitbit Charge 3 are not compatible? I have already spent over 2 hours on my own and an hour on the phone with Fitbit with no resolution. Anyone have any other ideas? Thank you.

Thanks for getting back to us @Galilee. Thanks for sharing your Charge 3 pair inquiry.
