Love my Fitbit but hate that my screen has cracked down the middle. I have not dropped it or done anything weird just put it in charge and woke up to a cracked screen. It seems to have warped and now I cannot read the time etc. still works and syncs to phone but cannot use it as a watch 😢 Seems to be a common occurrence with these watches. Can you get the screen replaced?

When you are given a Fitbit as a gift and it breaks and you and you are on Social Security and have tight funding, even the discount will not help pay for a new one. That is a shame.

Yes it does! Has anyone had luck getting. If fixed or replaced?

Mines exactly the same as that ! I've put it down to the screen being tapped all the time and it's weakened it.

Well my fitbit display has gone dark. I can tell it is still running but nothing on the display. It will be nice to offer a 50% off discount so i can hopefully buy the versa and see how long it lasts' me

@AlvaroFitbitNot to be totally negative, but what is the purpose of letting the support team know about cracks in the screen if they are not replaceable/fixable. I hate to see Fitbit lose a lot of new/return customers because of this problem. As you know, word will get out to other non Fitbit people looking for an exercise watch that the screen will crack after about 1+ years of continual use and the warranty doesn't cover the cracked screen. It would be interesting if Fitbit did some research and found out why the screen is cracking so it could be fixed on other Fitbits. I would hate to think they know about this but consider it built in obsolesce.

P. S. How can Fitbit consider the cracked screen issue to be RESOLVED?

I have almost two identical cracks on mine after 8 months. The cracks are consistent with the 'clamp' of the charger. Still under warranty but all they offered was 25% discount on another purchase. Second failed device in as many years. The switch to another brand won't be difficult.
Update: my first Fitbit broke after six months and was replaced under warranty. The replacement broke after 8 months but since it was a warranty replacement, it doesn't have the same coverage - a sneaky condition for a company not confident in its product quality. Won't be returning to Fitbit once I've had enough of looking at the cracked screen. Poor quality appears to be the standard.
