Love my Fitbit but hate that my screen has cracked down the middle. I have not dropped it or done anything weird just put it in charge and woke up to a cracked screen. It seems to have warped and now I cannot read the time etc. still works and syncs to phone but cannot use it as a watch 😢 Seems to be a common occurrence with these watches. Can you get the screen replaced?

Be careful with the Apple... I was listening to somebody today discussing problems with his two Apple watches, both had problems with charging (i.e., while charging the battery would deplete quickly). One of the two is now OK, but the other one is still having the problem. I did not catch what fixed the first one.

Same here, but two years old this month... the cracks appeared at ~18 months old. 😞
A 25% off MSRP coupon does not help anymore, as I did that when my Charge HR failed. Buying a new one every year or two is expensive, even with the discount.
I am thinking the company does not yet have enough complaints and may believe the loss of business is minimal. The only solution for them is to acknowledge the problem (and not by minimizing it as being only an "issue"), post up a notice of a more reasonable repair/replacement, and do what it takes to make it right. I know... I am dreaming. 😉

Mine cracked down both sides. Spoke with service and was also told it was out of warranty and not repairable. Got an Apple Watch yesterday and love it. Sorry, Fitbit. You have an inferior product.

Hi,
I have a charge 2, also with a cracked screen. Would you be able to send details on how to repair.
Kind regards

It cannot be repaired. So unless yours is still under warranty, you're out of luck, like the rest of us. Fitbit is doing nothing about their defective product.

It can’t be repaired. Fitbit’s resolution is to purchase a new Fitbit device which will likely also be defective. My resolutions was to purchase an Apple Watch and I love it!

Mine looks the same also as prior posts. Why not any horizontal cracks? All the vertical cracks can't be a coincidence.... Just really need the glass.

I am thinking there is neither an incentive nor the means to replace just the glass/plastic; doing so would reduce the number of new replacement devices, although not doing so creates ill will among those who have been loyal supporters and users of their products.
The latter is more than likely the case for many, as it is for me.
