Love my Fitbit but hate that my screen has cracked down the middle. I have not dropped it or done anything weird just put it in charge and woke up to a cracked screen. It seems to have warped and now I cannot read the time etc. still works and syncs to phone but cannot use it as a watch 😢 Seems to be a common occurrence with these watches. Can you get the screen replaced?

Too late for me. Bought a new tracker from Garmin today and the Fitbit gets put away forever tomorrow. Just finished exporting an archive of over 5 years of my health and fitness data from Fitbit's web site and I'll be writing to them over the weekend to request that they delete all my personal data and my account. I've had enough and I'm voting with my feet and going elsewhere. Good luck to you and everyone else using a Fitbit device.

Frustrated is an understatement!
How many of the complaints are provided to the CEO or Marketing and design? I would think they would be interested in this information.

I contacted support as screen cracked on Fitbit charge2 and had less than 12 months but no offer to replace in UK....

Just like everywhere else. Their customer support is inexcusable. I like the product, but with si many cracked screens they must offer a replacement deal, at least within the first year.
