Can a Cracked screen be replaced

Love my Fitbit but hate that my screen has cracked down the middle. I have not dropped it or done anything weird just put it in charge and woke up to a cracked screen. It seems to have warped and now I cannot read the time etc. still works and syncs to phone but cannot use it as a watch 😢 Seems to be a common occurrence with these watches. Can you get the screen replaced?

Too late for me. Bought a new tracker from Garmin today and the Fitbit gets put away forever tomorrow. Just finished exporting an archive of over 5 years of my health and fitness data from Fitbit's web site and I'll be writing to them over the weekend to request that they delete all my personal data and my account. I've had enough and I'm voting with my feet and going elsewhere. Good luck to you and everyone else using a Fitbit device.

How many of the complaints are provided to the CEO or Marketing and design? I would think they would be interested in this information.

Your comment does not help, in fact I find it insulting to consumers intelligence. Fitbit are not improving anything, they are just ignoring the problem and trying to pacify angry customers with comments like this does not help. What we need is immediate action to rectify this manufacturing defect that thousands of us have experience of.

As a consumer who has a charge 2 cracked screen + charge 3 still intact I can say that having had numerous emails deleted due to not following there procedures, I am try to say things in away that more people will see them so get of your high horse

No and the company is not admitting liabilities.  Over 37000 customers have the cracked screen problem on Charge 2 and 3.Sent from my LG K10, an AT&T 4G LTE smartphone

I contacted support as screen cracked on Fitbit charge2 and had less than 12 months but no offer to replace in UK....

You need to read the warranty carefully. Mine clearly said guarantee for 2 years. The support team at fitbit asked for a picture and sent replacement same day. If it's under warranty then it has to be replaced.

Just like everywhere else. Their customer support is inexcusable. I like the product, but with si many cracked screens they must offer a replacement deal, at least within the first year.
