Love my Fitbit but hate that my screen has cracked down the middle. I have not dropped it or done anything weird just put it in charge and woke up to a cracked screen. It seems to have warped and now I cannot read the time etc. still works and syncs to phone but cannot use it as a watch 😢 Seems to be a common occurrence with these watches. Can you get the screen replaced?

They actually offered me 45% off, but I told them I didn’t want it as I
have no faith in Fitbit anymore. I also said if I see someone thinking
about getting one I’ll tell them my story so they know how Fitbit doesn’t
stand behind it’s products.

How did you hear back from Fitbit? Did you call them? I have not seen a response from them yet. Only found a ton of people with the same problem. Thanks,

I contacted thru the fit but website.  They only offered a 25% discount toward a purchase of another.  That is not what I had hoped for.  Have heard there are 37000+ complaints of cracked screens.  Fit bit is not owning up.  Never purchasing from this company again.Sent from my LG K10, an AT&T 4G LTE smartphone

I used the chat line and dealt with a person but got no results. I ended up buying a new bracelet from Walmart but still have a split screen. I will not buy another device from Fitbit either.

I emailed them, as a matter of fact I emailed more than one person. When I
didn’t get a response I wanted I found the next person higher up and
emailed them. I let them know just how I felt about Fitbit’s customer
service and their disposable product, I asked them if they were proud of
their product why didn’t they stand behind that product no matter if it was
past a year? I let them know just how I felt about what had happened but
wasn’t rude to get my point across. By the time I sent an email to the
third person they had “escalated my case” to help me out. I ended up with
two options; a refund of my money or a Charge 3. It was nice to see Fitbit
do a stand up job, even though I had to pull teeth to be heard.

I’m not surprised that the Fitbit Charge 3 may have the same problem. I
have opted to not get a new Fitbit as I’d feel like it was throwing good
money away. I need a product that doesn’t have these issues.

Look online for Fitbit screen protectors. They won’t fix your problem but they will hold the screen together and prevent any moisture from getting in. I didn’t have the protector on my Fitbit because I’m not hard on my items, and it broke. My husband put one on his screen because he’s hard on things, his hasn’t cracked...

I contacted Fitbit via online chat wasn't satisfied so I called spoke with supervisor Michelle, she told me they would not fix my screen but offered 25 percent off a new Fitbit. After telling her this is a defect as over 1 ,000 complaints just on Fitbit site she tell said they don't cover screens even if you had it under a year. Their warrant doesn't cover cracked screens. So, looks like they have lost my future business and I hope yours too.

Yes. I already told them I wouldn’t be purchasing another Fitbit. I also
said that if I was shopping and saw someone looking to purchase one that
I’d tell them my (and thousands others) story so they could make a properly
informed decision.

your company is playing games we all have called several times and get the same answer, cracked screens are not covered under warranty, I was out of warranty but Michelle your supervisor said it did not matter even if I had just had the fitbit one month FitBit doesn't cover crack screens. I told her there were over 1000 complaints about cracks in screen and they all got the same answer as me, not our problem in so many words and we will give you 25% off a new one.
Really think i would buy another one of your products it this is how you treat a obvious defect of your product.  Pull your head out of the sand and read all the complains on your site, quit playing.

I am not an employee of Fitbit, so I don’t know why you’re angry with me
as I am in the same boat as the rest of you. Cracked screen an having to
fight to be heard.

Can't be replaced.  Contact customer support thru the fit bit website.  They are denying claims despite 37000+ people have this same issue.  No more Fitbit purchases for me.

What about a glass repair kit.  Like what they use to fix windshields?
