Love my Fitbit but hate that my screen has cracked down the middle. I have not dropped it or done anything weird just put it in charge and woke up to a cracked screen. It seems to have warped and now I cannot read the time etc. still works and syncs to phone but cannot use it as a watch 😢 Seems to be a common occurrence with these watches. Can you get the screen replaced?

I notice my screen is cracked. Never hit it on anything or dropped it. It was fine one day & the next it was cracked. Can it be fixed & if so how do I go about it?

That exactly what mine looks like. Wasn't there one day then it was the next. I didn't drop it or hit it on anything either.

To expensive to keep replacing it. You would think they could fix it

Same here 😞

Can't be fixed.  Its a manufacturing defect and the company is not admitting liability.  I will never buy or recommend Fitbit again. Sent from my LG K10, an AT&T 4G LTE smartphone

Mine looks exactly the same with even the same crack angle. It doesn't look like there is much we can do but I haven't read this entire thread.

Anyone getting any help with this?

Thank you,

Jerry

Identical crack on mine!!!  Wow...no more fitbits for me.  Great product, zero support infrastructure.  Don't mind paying for repairs out of warranty, but that's not an option.

I see all these msgs on charge 2 cracked screen. Mine cracked on both edges of the screens long sides. From what i read, if watch is over a yr old, there is no warranty replacement, correct?

No, based on the replies I've received, it can't be fixed.  I did see some reasonably priced replacements on Ebay that were new.  When mine finally dies I might go that route.

I agree, if FitBit wanted to keep us as future customer they would owe up to the defect. There is too many cracked screens for the problem to be ignored. I posted on facebook and Costco website about the problem, hopefully it will save someone else $150.00 and a lot of aggravation.
So disappointed with Fitbit company and their unrealistic  responses to help the problem, 25% off a new one is the best they can do, well they lost a customer with me and I see several others have the same opinion.

No, they don’t fix screens at all. You can look online and find flexible
screen protectors for them. That way maybe it won’t fall apart and stop
working. The protectors aren’t very much money and are easy to install.
Hope this helps.
