Love my Fitbit but hate that my screen has cracked down the middle. I have not dropped it or done anything weird just put it in charge and woke up to a cracked screen. It seems to have warped and now I cannot read the time etc. still works and syncs to phone but cannot use it as a watch 😢 Seems to be a common occurrence with these watches. Can you get the screen replaced?

Agreed! They're getting to still sell their defected products to unhappy customers. Why would above take up this offer?

Having same issue. I do not recall doing anything to crack it, and noticed that it was cracked down the middle. Eager to hear response!

Mine is cracked down the center also. Hasn't been dropped or stepped on either. Does Fitbit provide any options other than buying a new one?

Love to Fitbit. They contacted me for further details and even though my device is 18 months old they have agreed to replace it with a new one! 🙂

My fitbit has done exactly the same thing and it hasn't been dropped or anything, getting a new one sent out free of charge as still under warranty, only 18 months old
