I have a S9 that stopped syncing due to not compatible. I tried to use ipad mini but the OS is to old. I can't find my dongle. I finally was able to do a factory reset and the time is right again. So, now i just have a fancy watch. Not happy and don't want to pay for a new dongle when fitbit hasn't made the new phones compatible.

Welcome to the Forums @ponfarjedi.
Thanks for letting us know everything that you have tried.
If you a have access to a Windows 10 Computer you can definitely sync without a Dongle. You'd only need to download the Fitbit app from the Windows Store.
Additionally, some users with phones not on the list have mentioned that following the steps on this article has helped them sync. Maybe you could give it a shot. Keep in mind that there is a chance to sync your Fitbit as long as the phone fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0. Having said that, as you know, we cannot guarantee that it will.
Let me know if you have any further questions.

How do you sync to a computer without a dongle? I have downloaded the app, and it is not working...
