Can not pair up Charge HR with fitbit app

Fitbit app can't find my Charge HR. I entered the 4 digit code and it still can't find it.

@SunsetRunner during the setup of a tracker the app triggers a 4 digit code to be displayed on the tracker. This is the way the user confirms the correct unit was found.
