I have a fitbit Charge 3 and when I am outside in the sun it is unreadable. I have a heart condition, so need to be able to check my heart rate and the screen is black. This Charge 3 is a replacement that I got on Nov. 21st. It was working fine at first. Is this a common problem with the Charge 3? This is the second Charge 3 that I have had with this issue. Please let me know what I can do about this.

@susanso I hope you're doing well!
Let me help you with this. Please note that Fitbit trackers aren't medical devices. Regarding the brightness you can try setting the brightness to Auto in the settings area on your Charge 3. Also you could restart your tracker if the brightness isn't normal.
Let me know how it goes.
