Can’t access my Fitbit account

I can’t log into my Fitbit Account on the Fitbit App. I’ve been able to change my password, but every time I try it just ‘wheels’?

I’ve tried transferring to my Google account and the same thing happens. 
Any ideas, please?

Thank you for sharing the details regarding this difficulty with your account. Thanks for trying to fix it on your own. 

I recommend you try to see if there is any pending update to your phone's operating system.

  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Check if the issue is still happening by opening the Fitbit app and try to log back into your account.

Thank you, I turned my phone off and on and then, as if by magic, it all worked again 👍🙂
