Got my Fitbit charge 2 in around 2020, band broke and haven't used it since today, been about 5 years since I've used it and I have completely forgotten my password and email, tried all my emails, and there is no longer a Fitbit app on desktop to I can't do it that way, do I have to get a new Fitbit? I can't access the email my Fitbit is connected with because I don't know it, please help, is there a way to change the email it's connected to even if I don't know the original one?!

Since you've mentioned that there's no way to recover the email or password, I recommend creating a new account so you can set up your Fitbit device with it.
