When I try to add my debit card to the wallet, after entering all the details I keep getting the following error message:
"Error connecting to Charge 3. Make sure it is close by and turned on."
I have followed all the required steps, my bank is supported by Fitbit Pay, and my Charge 3 is synchronising with my phone without any problems. But for some reason I cannot add a card to the wallet.

This is still unresolved weeks after first posting. The support team did respond and went through everything they could think of, but I still get the same error. This device is supposed to work with my bank in the UK (Santander) and as my wife has a Charge 3 and hers does work with the same joint account, there is clearly something wrong with my device. Given that the Charge 3 SE was advertised with this feature, if it doesn't work then it should be replaced or II should get my money back
