Can't add or change alarms on Charge 3 since update

I can’t add or change an alarm on my Charge 3.  I think it’s been since the update happened. I’ve tried everything but can’t find a solution. Why?

I am sorry to hear about the difficulty you're experiencing with adding or changing alarms on your Charge 3. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help. I would like to confirm that since the latest device's update you can set alarms on your device. Note the following:

 

  • To allow you to set alarms right on your wrist, we had to clear any existing alarms you set. To make sure you don't miss an alarm, open the Alarms app on Charge 3 and tap + Set up a new alarm. Tap the check mark to save and make sure it’s set.
  • Note that you can no longer set alarms in the Fitbit app.
