I am having the same issue where as of this afternoon, I can’t add + water, see sleep data, active minutes, steps taken for the week etc on my Fitbit app on my phone

Let me help you with your difficulties logging and viewing data on your Fitbit app, I suggest you log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
