Can't change Charge 3 stride length manual

Look at the video link.I am not able to select automatic mode. Keeps on going back to manual mode. Using I phone 11 , Charge 3. Please let me know. Thanks.

Let me help you with changing your stride length. I couldn't see the video but you will need to enter a zero so it will be automatically calculated. If your app isn't saving the change then log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. If the issue persists I suggest you try changing it from the website at fitbit.com using a computer.

Fitbit Twitter support was able to help me. I had to go to Online Dashboard ( on Safari) and update online. It got reflected in the app. Sharing if anyone need that trick.
