Cannot change the clock face on my charge 3....any tricks?

Hi @BLVINES, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since the clock face can't be changed.

 

Please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, make sure that you are following the steps included in this help page when trying to change the clock face.
