Can't change clock format to 24 hrs

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I understand you have to go to the website to change the clock to 24hrs. Every time I go there it says not all the information has been entered in and it brings me to field of my last name, which is blank.

It will not let me highlight the Last name field to enter it in so I can change the clock to 24hrs and save it. How do I handle this? Is anyone else just so sick of the Fitbit in general? It is so not user friendly it’s ridiculous.

Welcome to the Community, @Daisys311.

I understand how are you feeling. If you are having problems changing your clock format, I recommend confirming you are doing the following:

  1. From the fitbit.com dashboard, click the gear icon

     > Settings > Personal Info.
  2. Under Advanced Settings, find Clock Display Time and select whether you want the time shown in 12-hour or 24-hour clock units.
  3. Click Submit and sync your device.

Also, some screenshots of what you are seeing would be great.

I hope to hear from you soon. 🙂

That helps me in no way. As previously stated it says it can’t accept the change because my last name is not filled out. It will not let me even highlight the last name field to update that, it will not leave the first name field. I can change the clock time a million times but it will not accept the change because of the last name not being filled out

Hi @Daisys311  try a different browser. Sometimes when I have a problem, switching from one browser to another seems to work.
