I've tried multiple times, with multiple faces, to download, it gets through the update bar and inevitably hangs up at the end. I fear my initial download of the upgraded version may not have completed properly... do I send it back and ask for a new one? All other features seem to be working, and I've tried to follow the various reset methods posted here, to no avail... help!

Thanks for troubleshooting this clock face issue. Are you making sure to have a strong internet connection at the moment of making changes? Please take a look at the help article: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? and verify you are following those steps.

Hi there - I've tried everything, and it is still not downloading any of the watch faces. It cycles through, gets hung up at the end, and the tracker disconnects from the app...
