Can't change my Exercise goal

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.
I have tried changing my exercise goal but there is no option to change it. I clicked on everything I was supposed to; dashboard, the person icon that tracks my workouts, settings gear. Once I do that its just blank.

Welcome to the Community @Sonyamarie. Please confirm you are doing the following from your iOS Fitbit app to change your goals:

1. Tap Account
2. Tap Activity
3. Tap the goal you want to change
4. Edit your number
5. Sync

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy

I am doing everything besides 4 and 5. I can't edit my number because once
I click the goal I want to change (exercise ) it's blank. It says exercise
but nothing is listed, just a blank white page.

Hey there @Sonyamarie! Hmm this is pretty weird try logging out the app and then log back in, and make sure to have the latest app version.

Let me know how it goes!

@dsince1984 Thanks for joining us and welcome to our Fitbit Community! Seems odd that your Dashboard is not letting you to change your exercise goal. I would like to know if you already tried the steps that my friends @AlejandraFitbit and @MaginB shared above. IF the issue persists, keep me posted.

Looking forward to your response my friend! Smiley Happy

There is no weekly exercise goal statistic under "activity"  or "exercise".

I am using the new dashboard

I too have the exact same issue-- I have looked for updates but there aren't any. I have restarted my kindle and the app but have the same result. I don't want to uninstall and reinstall if it will cause me to loose all of my data and records.

Hi.  I have done everything suggested but my day goals will not change from 4 to any other number.  I have logged out, rebooted, logged in a number of times. It's still stuck on  4. Please assist.

Thanks

I can’t change my exercises. I change it in the app and it doesn’t reflect the change in my Fitbit

I have the exact same issue! I am forever stuck on a 4 day excersize goal- it won’t change! 😫 Have you figured out anyway to change it yet?

Best Answer

Mines doing the same. I change it and then it automatically changes it back to a 5 day exercise goal.

I just got my first Fitbit (Inspire HR) and I’m trying to set it up and am having the exact same issue. Exercise goal is stuck on 5 days / week and the app won’t let me change it. Anyone find a fix for this?

Mine too, did you ever resolve it?
