I can not change the clock face on my charge 3 from my windows 10pc. My charge 2 works fine but the 3 dose not pick up the apps gallery ether.

Hi there @kangal, welcome to the Community Forums. 

Please note you need to use the Fitbit app on a compatible device from this list. With your computer running Windows 10, you will be able to sync but it is not possible to change clock faces, since it will need the correct Bluetooth connection. For more information, see How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
