Hi there, @akhilssyam. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 4.

If you haven't done so, I'd recommend trying the following steps:

  • Make sure mobile app and Firmware version are up-to-date.
  • Restart your Charge 4.
  • Switch to another clock than the one you want to switch to using the clocks app. Once syncs complete, it should get past the switching state.
  • Restart the Fitbit mobile app: Force close Fitbit app & relaunch the app.
  • Restart Bluetooth
  • Trigger a regular sync.

Hope that helps.

Hi,
I'm experiencing similar issue with my new Charge 4 - only allow 2 clock faces options, M-Tumbler and Retro Double, the rest has the Labels as "Not Available" (even the original face, I think Totem, is not available once I changed it to one of the available faces). The software is up to date (I was able to make clock face changes with my daughter's Charge 4 watch).
Also, the Settings on the watch is unresponsive (after pressing the button there's no changes to the screen then after a few seconds it goes black and pressing the button again will only make a "buzz" sounds with no change to the screen. I'm able to access all the other options on the watch even though the weather button takes longer to respond compares to all the other options.
