I recently tried to change the clock face on my Fitbit Charge 3 and it is stuck, there is a red line moving over the clock face I have chosen but nothing is happening, it does not move further.
Now it gives me an error, "Continue installing... Some applications did not complete installing, do you want to continue installing them now? "
There are two options: Later and Continue
After I hit continue, nothing happens, there is a red line still moving across the face clock. .. Has anyone else encountered this, please advise how to fix this and also how to change the clock face without having this issue in the future.

If you haven't done so, I suggest you to perform the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Make sure to sync your Charge 3.
2. Log out from the Fitbit App.
3. Restart your mobile device and force quit restart the Fitbit App.
4. Log back into the App and perform the steps to change the clock face one more time.
5. Please make sure that Bluetooth is ON on your mobile device.
